I really need someone's help, I always feel like there's a huge siliva stuck in my throat, I spit endlessly. Someone told me its worn, I've taken all kinds of worm and still won't stop. It gets worse when I drink water or eat anything, it feel like there's a huge siliva stuck in my throat, and when I force it out, I looks like it came out from my nose.
