This issue's kind of making me so inquesitive,yeah a lady will say expressing thier feeling will make them cheap to the guy so dey will be waiting
for the guy to talk first,but they are guys that are not confident enough to express thier feelings to the lady.Expressing your feelings to a guy is nothing bad at all.
