Thanks, the one in Owerri is slightly bigger in dimension. I plan to be in Owerri tomorrow.

Emene is developing, very close to, in fact the airport is in Emene. But the area is still not as hot as other parts of Enugu. Emene flats rent for N200k while those inside town rents for N250k-N300k per year. Emene has 2 universities, Caritas and Godfrey Okoye memorial. Emene is developing like the rest of town, many big companies operate at Emene industrial layout, Innoson, etc are there.

On an average, what will a plot cost there? And what are the sizes of plot in Emene? Where are the hot part of Enugu that is close to it? I will visit there before I conclude on any plan but am just trying to imagine what the city/town look like. How far is it from I dependent layout?

@ Prince, yes that is a complete chaining, I always do this on all my works to be extra cautious.

Emene shares a boundry with Thinkers corner and New Haven, Emene plots may cost as much as N3.5-4M in the average.

We are already topping blocks on this lintel. We are also laying blocks at the staircase closure area. Plans to start the external pillars starts today. I am still here but will leave operations in the hand of my engineer for two hours to attend to the parapet site next town.
