This is a test case for emergency management in Nigeria and the Lagos state government led by Fashola showed great courage and leadership even though we have a president and National emergency Agency. The president showed little concern and leadership and his worthless emergency agency was no where to be found. This is the job of the federal government and it's emergency agencies. Again, Fashola showed them how it's done.

Fashola reached out to the victim families, he met with them he consoled them and he briefed them every step of the way and the families showed great understanding. Talk about flawless operation from begging to the end.


Fashila remains the only sensible and credible leader in Nigeria. Sometimes it's like he's the real president of Nigeria.

Why were some bodies released at the expense of others? E.g, the Anyane's family were buried about a month ago. Is it because they were Ekwueme's in-law?
