I'm not against inter-tribal marriage. However, I do notice that there seems to be higher difficulty in marriages between Yorubas and Ndi Igbo. And it's never because of the couple, but because of external interference from the families. And someway, somehow, toxic seeds that are planted, end up growing and choking the marriage. I wouldn't mind marrying an Ndi Igbo sister. But my only concern would be her family. The fact that I'm Yoruba might not give me a hero's welcome. |

it sure is a great adventure and can be beautiful. Presently i'm dating an Isoko girl while i am a Yoruba. She looks much more composed, and confident than her forerunners. I really hope it works! |

Im a product of intertribal marriage cos u cant knw what the future brings so dont rule out any good one but rely on God. But so many people around really condemn marrying Ibos even the grandmas and most parents. I was even told some Ibos dont like marrying from their areas and prefer other tribes. One Ibo woman was mentioning Arondiozo, some tribes in Ibo where peeps shldnt go. They tell u to keep away from places whose languages u dont understand. Bt of all, Ibos have attracted the highest condemnation from what ive seen and heard. |

I am very much insupport of inter-tribal Marriages even inter-racial ones!!! your children stand a better change to belong to two different worlds...Especially of they can speak two to three different languages... one of my dearest aunty is half igbo and half yoruba married to a yoruba man. They live in lagos and als have various branches of their company in the East (Anambra state etc). The husband's business is successful in d east because his wife speaks very good igbo and also she can converse in yoruba which helps I am yoruba and since I was little only Igbo guys seem to live me..my first crush was igbo and the trend has followed . SO YES INTER-TRIBAL IS THE NEW VOGUE!!!! |

inter-tribal Marriage is the an issue The Issue should be good or bad men/woman Men , please look from good women, don't let her tribe, race or nationality be an issue If you make that an issue you might end up marrying an evil woman from your tribe Marriage is about happiness |
