am still trying to to figure out why the pharmacist was arrested alongside the 2 murderers, in nigeria and most countries you dont need prescription to buy drugs including the one they used to sedate her besides is he he owner of the pharmacy or is he just a sales person ? anyway lets watch and see how it ends but knowing nigerian police and our judiciary system he might end up in jail . if they send him to jail will they also arrest the hotel owner, the person that sold ribina to them , the person that sold rope or whatever they used in tying her ? . am wondering what they will charge him of .

Truth is once its not an OTC drug, you will surely need a prescription to purchase such drug. The problem is just the usual way of doing things in our improper manner in Nigeria.

The fact that such non-OTC drugs are sold without the required prescription does not mean it is a legal thing to do.

Maybe other pharmacy retail shops will pick a lesson from this.
