I might not have agreed with OP's stance in the past, BUT he does make a lot of sense. A lot of folks look at Lagos a major city, many Fashola proponents claim Lagos is the big deal, so why should street light be lacking? For a city and state that huge, street lights are VERY important. With modern technology now, most street lights are operate themselves so if there's no light on the grid, just like traffic lights, they stay light.
