He doesn't have any need to reply IBB. You don not accused a person or spread out innuendo and then asked the accused to produce the evidence of his own guilt. The onus is on the accuser and the innuendo merchants.

Even a foreign journal/mag/organizatn (cant remember which) once adjudged the PTF as the most successful government intervention in Africa. This guy used to go n inspect projects with policemen. If the contractor was not performin as he ought to, or not on site, na arrest sharp sharp, no waste time. I can vividly remember seeing several textbooks then with the PTF stamp, drug dispensing envelopes with the PTF insignia. Back then, i used to wonder what d whole PTF was all about. I knew what was going on, but was a bit young to fully understand.
