My lips are naturally endowed no need for artificial applications to make it glossy or slippery.... All the same, there is nothing wrong with applying chapstick abi wetin... But, wrong wen over applied by a guy (it's gayish wen over applied).... |

If your lips feel dry you apply it. This could make it applied lots of times during the course of a day, this definitely will make it applied more than a girl applies lipstick. |
