@lawalgreen. The CG can only authorise ur appointment from level 7 downward. The board is responsible for the rest. So if u have a recommendation letter addressed to the CG for appointment, ur letter and ur cv will be transferred to the board for consideration which doesn't happen almost immediately. So u should be expecting as from first week of dec but some pple already started training in state commands

What I actually heard was dat since NIS & NSCDC are of dsame board n there was NIS stampede, therefore NIS palaba has 2 b solved b4 NSCDC's. Dou was lik anytin can happen cos NSCDC replacement was more feasible coming first b4 NIS, so used 2 discard d info.
