Third world war is imminent if Iran, US and Israel (specifically) do not see need to call a truce. Iran technological prowess should not be downplayed by the super powers. If you read my comment carefully, I never for once said Iran has the most advanced technology. So kindly read and understand before jumping the gun next time. No one can dispute US as the most advanced in the world. However, keep in mind that most of the U.S technologies came from German scientists captured and pardoned after world war II. I work for a US defense firm(Lockheed Martin), so I know a lot better than you and there some information at my disposal that I know and will not share. All what is being shared here is for educational purposes to foster ingenuity mind demonstrated by Iranians in ourselves. Again, you are comparing Apples with Oranges. Saddam as with Iraq never manufactured any technology or weapon. What they had were sourced from the U.S; so the U.S prior to attacking them pretty much knew how to deal with them...their technology. To the contrarily, Iran manufactures its technology, yes homegrown, and has gone through massive technology overhaul in the past 20 years. They are persians and not arabs like saddam and Gaddafi.
