this Has been one of my problem, let me non say i'm shy or i don't even know what am doing wrong..

ok lets say for instant now i see a lady which my body moves me to talk to her, i will having this great strong mind of mine, "what i am going to say to her" wouldn't she look down on me nd make jest of me to her mates?
