Can someone enlighten me on how to generate activation code for GTB Internet banking? I logged on to the the GTB Internet banking portal with my username and. password . I filled the form to generate the activation code which requires filling in my mastercard number, its expiry date and the six-digit code generated by token, but each time I submitted the form, I get this error message: sorry, you have nit acknowledged the terms and conditions for token usage.
Somebody please help me!

I exprience it 2. But after much struggling, i discovered dat i make a little mistake. What's d mistake? If u're entrying ur card expiring date, use dis format i.e say 0715 instead of 07/15 format. N it's was done

If you already have the GTB token and the internet banking access, try and log on to the internet banking webpage. The first page after entering your user id and password is the warning page. Look at the bottom of that page for the two blue links at the bottom. Instead of the usual clicking on the go to my account on the bottom left, choose to click on the bottom right link to generate your activation code. That's all folks!
