After a Decades of Waiting, BAT Has finally responded. I got an Invite from BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO for an Aptitude Test on 20th December @ Ikeja requesting me to come with the following Required Materials:
A copy of this email invite
SMS invitation
Pencil
Eraser
Calculator
NYSC discharge certificate
a means of identification which may include either of:
ü Drivers License;
ü International Passport OR
ü National Identity Card

Pls do we anyone in the house with the same mail. Thank u.

i was invited for the next stage of the recruitment last week friday. the date is 20th december. did anyone got same?

Further more, please who have an idea what the test may look like?

@haychess: Yea i also got the invite for the test, i even called the number displayed in the mail that was sent to me to knw what the dress code is and what to expect in the test. The Lady said dress smart and prepare for numerical and verbal reasoning as it was stated in the mail. Atleast we know what we are preparing for.

@innomania if this test is gonna be computer base, then i advice you to check out SHL. google it and you will have full idea of wat we may get.

Hello Innomania 77, I also applied and they said they would get back to me but am yet to get any response o, pls can you tell me the address at Ikeja where the test will be taking place and a phone number I may call so that I can confirm when I would also be invited.

@Kheake, u must not call to confirm when u will be invited, is either u wait till u get the invite or u were not shortlisted for the test. why would you wanna call to ask when you will be invited? that doesnt sound smart of you thou. dont mean to insult you but you should try and get somethings right.

@Haychess,what's ur business if Khaeke wants to find out about the recruitment process. There is no harm in trying, she might be invited. Are you scared that ur chances of passing the aptitude test will be reduced? I know people that were not invited for an aptirude test and gate crashed and even did better than those that were invited.@Khaeke make that call if you have the number or gate crash. That might be the bold step God wants you to take before getting your job. All the best.

you getting it the oda way but any way its all good we all see things from different perspective. if i am scared of my chances i wont even give info on it in the first place. moreover is what u write that you will earn u so it doesnt matter. infact heres the number to call08098266202....

What is hapening? How many people got d latest email and sms frm BAT ability test? Haven't got any thing?

@juchy,qhemie,kclub83; I called her and she told me that those that have been invited were shortlisted and also the whole screening was in batches and the next batch would be next year.

So what ar dey expecting 20th,is d ability test in batches?

Jst called d lady,dint get a pleasing response.she sugestd we all got d initial automated email dat de people writin tmorow ar d people finaly shortlistd,dat somtime nxt year we may b invited for anoda ability test.dat it may b in batches buh not so sure.their job is jst to conduct test dat other enquiries shuld b to BAT.At dat point I jst moved on.all d best especialy isomania77

It hs never been in batches, n has never been contractd to outsourcing firm.its a change in principle I think

2011 TMR recruitment test was in batches and kimberly was contracted, it is not new, I still have d feeling d@ they will contact us.
