Remedy can be achieved with good sleeping habits, sleeping on the side or face-down.

People generally attribute the occurrence to a spiritual attack and are usually silent about it. and prayers are usually said to try to overcome, but all you need is just good sleeping habits and see how it disappears. Cheers
