Pls can someone tell me the difference between LR3 HSE 2006 and 2008.

one was made for the 2006 model year and the other 2008 chikena

My first response was sarcastic, but you don't seem to realize not many will have access to both at same time to tell you the minor detail changes.
Youm need to check MSN autos and wiki for better info

Fhemmmy: There are minor changes to the exterior that aint worth the money spent to buy the newer model.
