i am travling from Gombe, bt i learnt dat nasarawa is a nice place and d ppl over there are friendly. also d camp is one of d best in naija if nt d best, am sure we wil like d place.

based on d info i heard, nasarawa is ok and d place is very peaceful. i tink if we are safe den der's no need to panic. lets hope we get a gud place for PPA.

is really a nice place and peaceful

I served in Nassarawa,and the people are nice.the camp is at keffi,and the environment is secured.The developed places are akwanga,keffi,mararaba,nassarawa egun and lafia.these are the few I know.
Its 12hours journey with a fast bus.
The capital is lafia,life is very affordable.No religious crisis.it shares a boundry with makurdi,abuja and jos and some part of kaduna.

Hi guyz, I servd at Nasarawa where we av three tribes: igbira, gbagi and ?. Life is so interesting there. Believe me: u shall enjoy ur stay there. Realy, I served in a village called ToTo where there ws no light and water bt our arrival brought out both. Guyz, pray dt u are nt posted to OBI and some remote areas.

I served in nasarawa state, lafia to be precise in 2006. My PPA was dalhatu Araf specialist hospital( DASH) don't know if that's what it still called but I must confess I had such a wonderful time in that place.
The then state governor, Alhaji Abdulahi Adamu, floated an essay competition for corpers then and the first price, which I won, was N500k. Not sure if they still do that now.

My NYSC year was one of my best years and full of sweet memories.
I was offered to work as a doctor in keffi federal medical center but I refused.

I served in Nasarawa state in Batch A 2010 set. The Magaji Dan Yamusa orientation camp (one of the best in the country) is in Keffi, 20mins drive from Abuja. The service year was fun for me. I was posted to a Primary Health Centre in Giza, Keana LGA. The capital is Lafia, which is usually very hot. Other towns include Keffi, Akwanga, Wamba, Doma, Nasarawa, Toto, Nasarawa-Eggon, Doma, Keana, Awe etc. The indigenous inhabitants are majorly Gwandara & they are very accommodating. Nasarawa state has been relatively peaceful. I wish the newly posted Corps members a happy stay.

Yes just take bus frm lagos to abuja
Stop at mararaba and take a bus to keffi is just N200 tell d driver to stop u at nysc camp

I served in nasarawa, very nice place with nice people and culture. If u are opportuned to serve in places like LAFIA, KEFFI ,NASS- EGGON, KARU, I think u should have a wonderful experience.The camp is the second best in the nation

Nasarawa state is one of the best state to serve, the people are friendly. I did my youth service 2003 in the state, Akwanga to be precise. Presently i'm back to the state working.

Hey Pals, I finished ♍Ɣ NYSC thgs couple °ƒ weeks ago in Nasarawa State, I served wit the Min. ƒ°® Local Govt & Chieftaincy Affairs in Lafia. The place i̶̲̥̅̊s nice and the ppl are homely enough, but I wish Ɣ☺ΰ were posted to these places, Karu, Lafia, Keffi and Akwanga, these places are xtra-ordinary okay for u, although the place i̶̲̥̅̊s still one °ƒ the developing state, u'll like ΰ® stay there, foods are too cheap, its yams season b4 I left last month. Apart from the bike-through thg, and the heat period that comes early nxt year, the place is okay, throughout ♍α̲̅ stay, there Ψåƨ no news °ƒ this BH thg, pray they won't know the forever, if u a Xtain, associate urself with NCCF, they'll receive n accommodate(free) you , if Ɣ☺ΰ r muslem, MCAN ll do same.
