on my 4hrs chart i saw that the eur/usd will go down so i took a sell order at the begining of the four hours time-frame and i am already on +45 pips but i am not sure if the remaining two hours for the 4 hrs time frame to complete will be a sell trend but all i know is that before today ends the eur/usd and the gbp/usd is likely to go lower

Bros looks like the bears would take the week on gold and push it down below 1730. Sold @ 1740 for 700 pips i.e. 1733

LOL..I don ask my broker sharp sharp how far with spread and they said 60pips!! Make them dey one side first. Hotforex is 3 while insta is 5pips so i don't know why they should be charging so high.
Why you no wan use Insta??

yeah i agree with you,on my 4hrs time-frame i can see buy.till 7pm.at least between now and 7pm i should be able to make at least 30 pips which will be a profit of $300
