#1 - A husband should not be harsh to his wife (I Peter 3:7)...and if she says you are harsh…then you are! Don't shout at her, she is not your slave, but your wife.

#2 - A husband should not show up at home after coming home from work, sit in a chair, watch the same episode of Sports Center three times in a row and “zone out” in regards to his wife and children and then expect to be respected as “the spiritual leader” by his family.

#3 - A husband should not raise his hand to beat his wife for any reason. Remember, a responsible husband settle querrels amicably between him and his wife.

#4 - A husband should not devote more time to a hobby (golf, football, tv game, internet browsing etc.) than he does to his own wife and then expect her to always be “in the mood” when he has held a football club way more than he has held her!

#5 - A husband should not desire to be right more than he actually desires to settle the conflict that is being dealt with…the result if he does will always be fighting IN instead of fighting FOR the marriage.

#6 - A husband should not “innocently flirt” with other women either in person or online and not expect it to bring about significant damage in regards to his marriage (Proverbs 6:27!)

#7 - A husband should not pursue porn and pursue his wife…she will always lose because porn is easy, it requires no commitment!

#8 - A husband should not allow his pride to get in the way by refusing to ask for help when it comes to issues in the marriage (James 5:16)!
#9. A husband should not be stingy to his wife. He should share money and other things with her. Remember that she is your Pearl.
#10. A husband should not embarrass his wife in the public, not even before the kids Any misunderstanding should be settled in the bed room

Thank you my sis. CANNOT is already making it sound like an order. First rule of Marriage to me is RESPECT. With respect all other things will ƒσℓℓσω. And by the way its getting "boring" reading all these threads giving rules to what a man should do or shouldn't do in a marriage. What about the women too? Seems to me women just want to be at the receiving end of EVERY relationship without contributing anything. That sucks big time!!!!
