Lets be realistic. If you want to get anywhere in life education wise, you need to be able to write and speak good grammar. It's the way of the world. Sometimes the wrong spelling and bad grammar can put a completely different meaning to a sentence than what is originally intended by the writer.

I do get into conversation with english people sometimes,and i do tell how my people strive to speak their language to perfection.How it is a kind of status symbol to speak good english in africa.

And they find it very funny and weird that someone will like to speak and sound like a stranger,like an alien.
