I'm pretty much confused: I travelled through Lagos-Ibadan expressway yesterday and I was taken aback by the presence of police men at check points with an apparently 'mapped out' distance in between each group. My question is, has the previously banned road block been re-instated since they were actually stopping motorists and doing the usual thing? Someone should kindly shed light on this.
