Hi guys,
I'm trying to loose some weight (which I have been succesful with thus far). However I am a self proclaimed indomie addict!!
I have a pack (not more than one of those small sized packs) everyday for breakfast with a boiled egg.

Now I'm wondering if this is retarding my weight loss journey? What's the fat content in indomie? Is eating a pack a day unhealthy?

PS- I'm not entirely sure if this should be in the food or health section?

Look at the behind the package to check. On the other hand it has a lot of salt, high consumption of salt causes water retention and water retention leads to weight gain. You might want to cut back to 1 to 2 packages a week. Just my two kobos.
