Slice your potatoes into chunks, boil for about 5minutes then leave it to cool to room temperature. In a bowl, mix your warmed butter with salt, black pepper, other seasonings you like, and grated permesan cheese. Toss the potatoes in the mixture and put it on a baking pan. Preheat your oven to 375 and grill for about 25minutes.
