Pepper isn't my thing sha but I try to put a reasonable amount.

Breakfast:

Oatmeal and moi-moi elemi meta.

Scones are quite easy to make and so tasty,

You should try it too
Recipe👇

All purpose flour: 200g
Frozen butter: 50g
1 egg yolk
Dried fruits: 100g
Sugar: 30g
Yogurt : 20g
Cold Milk :50g
Baking powder : 1tspn
Baking soda : 1/2 tspn

Method

1. Seive the dry ingredients together
2. Rub in the cold butter( butter should be frozen) then add dried fruits
3. Mix egg yolk, cold yogurt and cold milk together
4. Add to dry ingredients. Simply combine and bring together, do not overmix
5. Flatten the dough out with your hands
6. Now use a cutter and divide into 6 pieces or you can use your hand to shape them
7.Brush the top of scones with egg yolk
8. Bake at 200° for 15mins then reduce temperature to 150° continue baking for the next 5 mins.

Serve while warm with jam or butter. Trust me you'll make this over and over again😋
