Seasoning: Black pepper, paprika, salt, oregano, sugar, cayenne pepper, crushed fennel seeds and Italian herbs. Mix all these with the flour

Separate flour, eggs and whatever you want to cover it with (I used cornflakes but you could also use bread crumbs or even garri flakes) into different bowls

Dip the raw chicken into flour, then egg, then flour, then egg, then crumbs and then put it into boiling hot oil until it’s like a golden brown colour
