That is why you are there... Make it interesting,by bn the agent of change you so desire. Think outside the box and draw the attention of your superiors. Who said a Government job can't be as interesting, challenging,rewarding, and above all productive as what's obtainable in a standard private establishment.

The pay is not even up to 80k

The pay is not a question even if they pay 20k. The good thing is that you are entitled to grow and also pension awaits you after retirement. I have a big friend in INEC who joined the job in 1998, he now earns 300k monthly. What i clamor for is an appointment letter.
