Bureaucratic bottleneck/red tape.

Police: "We have concluded investigation, we are waiting for the DPP's office to prosecute".

DPP's office: "We have not gotten the case file from the police".

Nice move. Those boys in black have turned the courts to an extension of their stations. They commit horrible and unimaginable atrocities in the courts. Sincerely pray they be kicked out of our courts.

Your mother should have scooped the south-ward dribble of creamy effluence that dripped down the side of her thigh, post-coitus with that two-headed, red-eyed ram that you creatively call your 'Father' and used that as offering to appease those detesting the onset of her half-dog/half ram throwback, known as yourself.

Bros na wa for you oo. This guy that cannot compose a coherent thought process, is he the same guy you are expecting to read and comprehend this your flamboyant and high sounding grammar? Now you will make him come back with a another convoluted and senseless response that will be tangential to your response. Please forgive him the excesses. I am sure he has realized that he should not be here except with his guardian ad litem
