I don't think it defiles no one to obey the laws of the land. I know in the military and paramilitary there are people of different faiths and believes and they are allowed to practice their religion some are even clerics ( both Muslims and Christians ) and they conform with the general principles of the uniform and perform their religious rights in their religious regallia whenevr the duty calls but not admixing their uniform with other paraphernalia . For God sake must everything be protest and daring ?

Thank you and God bless. I'm 100% for freedom of expression , religion and everything but we need to do it within the ambit of the law and authority of the LAND and if there is any reasonable dissent, then let's bring it to the notice of those who have the authority to effect the change in a way which is acceptable to the dictates of the law at the least, i guess that's widely accepted by the religions.

Na by force to serve? Besides, IMHO it poses some security threat because those who have wicked intentions can easily dress in such manners to perpetrate their evil acts.

He that commits sin is of the devil, I John 3:8 (I John 3:cool. If you are into lying, cheating, bitterness, keeping malice, pride, manifesting anger, quarreling, unforgiveness, hatred, envy, contention, strife, bitterness, speaking evil of others, taking or giving bribe, selfishness, deception, kidnapping, smuggling, falsification of documents, swearing, extortion and other sinful character dispositions, you must repent.
Such evil and wicked character will hinder the manifestation of abundant blessings upon your life. If you are into masturbation, fornication, adultery, prostitution (private or public), patronizing prostitutes, abortion, lesbianism, homosexualism, watching pornography (I Corinthians 6:9-10), or any form of immorality, you need to repent.

I recommend www.chosentv.org, www.e-sword.net and www.chosennews.net for you.

Nwanne Ogbangbada is a general cultural dance in Igbo land, i am from Imo state but we used to dance this masquerade during Xmas period, unlike nowadays children in the villages are thinking on how to become rich men over nights. Then we used to move around the villages to greet the Xmas returnees with this sweet cultural dance. Though it might originate from Enugu or any other Igbo lands but its very popular then. Thank you for reminding me of this Ogbangbada cultural dance. I am very proud to come from Igbo land.I thank God for this great privilege.

From all indications I have come to see that this NYSC of a thing is no longer serving its intended purpose. That is why it is ridiculed beyond reasoning. Were there no laws and regulations for the dress code and conducts before the introduction of this NYSC? If there were laws, then why should religion be the domineering factors in the system today? As we have seen in this picture. How can we ascertain the sexes of these people in these veils?

Nigeria is failing in every sector as we are seeing it every day. Prof Nwite introduced this NYSC sceme to integrate the Eastern Region students after the war in the Eastern region, but the sceme was hijacked then by Gen Yakubu Gowon who was then Head of State to unite Nigeria through our graduates, but since then many people from the Southern Parts of the country have been killed and ruined by the Northern Nigeria religious extremists in different crises in Nigeria, eg after 2011 Presidential election. Now we are seeing one religion trying to impose their religious code of dressing and conducts to the National sceme. Chei Nigeria.

I don’t support any religion to bring in religious ideologies into a system that has nothing to do much with religion, culture and tribe. It is better that the religious fanatics, Christianity, Islam, Hindu, Silk, Buda and Paganism to be exempted from this NYSC services than ridiculing this Program in this form. Or the NYSC be scrapped and turned to a compulsory military service as it is called in many countries like, Israel, Algeria, and Switzerland Etc. Then we shall see how a military Service personnel would dress in a monk, nun, or Islamic, Ninja.

When salt loses its taste, it shall be thrown away. This thing is applicable to this an unproductive fund wasting program, NYSC.

Stone age people.
Creator save this country.
what is stone age about that? Nigerians should learn how to see other people culture and norms as a diversity. We cannot posses the same way of life. Beside, is dressing nude the best? If you get to NYSC orientation camp, you will see a lady witth very big la.ps in a very short pant on the parade ground. Just within 2 weeks you start seing used comdom everywhere. So you call that jet age or dark age.

And moreso, it's all about being more rewarded from A.ALLAH. In a nutshell, i wish to be like them IN SHA ALLAH!!!

They can Bleep! It reminds me of one Amina I was fucking with this Hijab. She so enjoyed it that she visits thrice in a week and I will go through the stress of undressing these burqas and guess what, she is very pretty. She also hated condoms and would tell me that I shouldn't be scared cos she can't get pregnant for me.

JomoGbomo2: .....until we understand the word diversity, we will always be fighting in this country for no reason.

and who said they want to go for NYSC, they just have been coerced by the "law".

I respect them for being true to what they believe despite all odds in the world and I wonder how many of us do believe in anything to this level-that we will stand odd out of the crowd.

Nonsense.

This has nothng to do with belief. And diversity my ass.

You just do not and cannot go quasi military training in those baggies.

Let them wait till they get to their husbands houses, they can stay indoors forever and cover themselves in acres of clothe.

These people will break this country.
