Honestly Musty, 500 is good considering the fact that breakfast is included and you don't have to spend money in a canteen in the mornings. You can as well opt for the 500 for two days without breakfast option. You'll have a reasonable amount of comfort leaving you to focus on what brought you - the exam. In fact, your water will be boiled for you (and that's a big deal here!).
I remember in my time, I had friends who payed between 8,000 - 10,000 per night at places like Kongo Conference Hotel and Zaria Hotel and still took transport to the school unlike this one where you'll be lodged inside the school.
