I want to say about people believing they have someone there helping them with their admission. I won't say there's no "long leg" in UNAAB's Admission, but even if you're the VC's Nephew there's a minimum requirement you must attained before anybody can help.

I know more than 5 professors that are in the Senate and 2 directors... So I've got an insight. When I got admitted to UNAAB, immediately after my post utme score is out, I was already told the course I will be offered and that my name will come out in the second batch precisely.

I don't want any of you out of desperation to be duped or deceived. Before anybody can help you, you must AT LEAST 180 in JAMB, 40 in Post UTME and 40 in your composite score.

Not to disprove what you typed, but some handles here on this thread claimed to have scored or know someone who scored less than 40% in their post utme last year and still got admitted, albeit not their preferred courses.

I guess they are not being sincere... If you know any, let me know because I'm yet to see or heard of someone who got admitted to UNAAB in the last two years with post-utme less than 40, no one in my department.... Unless the candidates gained admission through Pre-Degree Programme.

The handles are somewhere on this thread, and I'm sure that someone will back me up on it, searching for the posts will be useless as trying to solve an equation by chewing gum as it's not gonna change anything, that's not my aim though. If you say it's UNAAB's requirement, then it might as well be it as you're a student there and should know better.

i know of a guy.. ( a friend ), he scored 36 last year in (post utme) and he was admitted for the course he chose. i fink the course is fishery. I even saw him yesterdai

The Minimum cutoff is 40. Pseudomoner has said it all.

Those ppl tryna discourage others, stop it. Dere is ntin like score below 40% its jus rumors carried same tin apund last year and I nearly broke down as funaab was my only hope. Had 31% and it seemed like all hope lost wen dose pessimist were all over saying dere thrash. Had nobdy in d skul dat kud help jus ma God and he did it. Was admitted 2 study mcb(course I chose) and it was on d merit list. Funaab won't release der cut off 4u 2 see, dey do dere selection leavin candidates in d dark. 1 tin is very important if u wanna get a place in funaab easily, as a science stud, pick dem as 1st choice, av gud waec grades and utme. Post utme is jus 1 of d criterias used so if u dint rili score high b hopeful d oda criterias are strong enuf 2 push u and b prayerful. If u dnt mit up with ur course and u beat sum courses composite cut off, ur in start husslin so u cn enjoy funaab life.All d best my pipu.1 LOVE 1 BLOOD 1 NIGERIA
