I am not interested whether he is a saint or not, I want you to tell me what Shagari did that was ignored? No tribal sentiment. Position in power had never been a hindrance to corruption. I have seen perm secs more rich/corrupt that the ministers under their ministry.

Dont insult our intelligece by trying to diverge from the main thrust of this topic: Abacha and Buhari ran a programme which was MOSTLY funded by the a certain region (the south) but whose MAJOR beneficiary, by more than 70%, was another region (the north) which was their region of course.
