inter(prefix, meaning 4rm one 2 another)
NAtion(d root word there, u kn it meaning)
al(suffix,meaning connected with or process of)...
4rm d foregone, it's obvious dat inter and al are both affixation, nation is d bare/root word... It possess d primary stress 4rm d portmanteau word_in,terNA'tional...
