Sincerely, there is a difference. A "sin" committed openly is no longer a sin. The people who do it are actually saying it is not wrong, that others should 'enjoy' it. People who commit sins secretly might still be feeling guilty at their weakness of faith but praying to overcome. I have seen muslims who say they are struggling to keep up daily prayers and want me to help them pray to be regular. There are some who say to be of good character is the only important thing and that daily prayer is not important. I see them as two different people afterall good character and daily prayers are not mutually exclusive

Give me statistics from all over the world. I gave you an example which you ignored. In Paris, a lady can choose to take everything off at some beaches.
