Yes date will b there tellng you must enter before the expiratn of that date. so beter wait untill u are ready to travel since u are planning for febuary u can apply first week or last week of this month but it depends when u wot to travel

Once your visa is issued/approved,it will also show you when it will expire, make sure the visa does not expire before you step into the UAE,once you arrive, border officials will stamp you in and technically it start counting............so irrespective of when you apply for the visa,it must not expire before arrival or else it becomes invalid.

Moreover, clarify the age issue with Etihad to be on the safer side so that your application will not be trapped by the UAE immigration due to age barriers, as it stands now, age is a determinant factor with Etihad before your visa can be approved by the UAE immigration.Hope you get my drift.

they normally give 1 to 2 months before expiration of the visa so you can still get it incase the visa processing tends to take longer time.
