I don't think the yearly claim of flooding from the dam is true sir.
Over 1.5 billion dollars was paid to communities affected by the project(Niger state locals not Nigerians sir)
To tell me Neighbouring communities aren't also beneficiaries during the construction and management of the dam is something I find not just absurd and very untrue.
Also i will find it inhumane and wicked if Niger state indigenes are paying the same amount per kwh of electricity as someone in lagos for example.

The only reasonable point here is the flooding that occurs 'only when' there is a sharp increase in water levels which is not common,otherwise it's a gradual process designed not to distrupt people lives.
