Bliss4Lyfe: Congrats to Eze Onlytruth...Eze Nwanyi Ogugua great job... Dalu nwanne m nwanyi. Umunne m, I am very happy to report that more and more volunteers are sending in their offers of service to Ndigbo in the Eze's cabinet. On some of the announced positions, there have been four to five volunteers for ONE position! That is the spirit. We shall get there site na ike nke Chineke. We deliberately set the bar VERY HIGH in order to get real results. We also did that because we know that our detractors cannot understand the reasoning behind it; they are inherently INCAPABLE of understanding it; that is why Nigeria is a mess. We shall impose our standards on Nigeria, BY GODS GRACE. Please keep the nominations coming. I'm humbled to be your Eze. Dalu nu! |

MetaPhysical: Yes the owner of Nairaland, and the MODs were very supportive of what we did then. If today we decided to continue from where we left off, we are sure of their support as usual. They are not bigoted as many of you these day. We didn't break the rules or the law. And we had at least 3 Eze Ndi Igbo of Nairaland while it lasted. And their reigns were peaceful and progressive. The last of them was the indefatigable OnlyTruth. Many of the legends who worked in his Ime Obi still walk among us this day. Today, as before, we are all Ezes and we are not Ezes. Peace. 5 Likes |

LukasPodolski: When we tell you that a tribe is so clannish, many think we are exaggerating. What the hell is Eze Ndigbo of an online forum? Is it a must to ethnically identify and associate on a national forum? Let 20 random people gather for 1hr, it will only take 5mins for the Igbos to segregate themselves into a clan different from the rest. Are people coming here to debate with a herd mentality of tribal solidarity or individual perspective? For Christ's sake we are all individuals here, not tribal fronts. And such clannish gatherings facilitated the bigotry that has bedeviled this forum. I think Seun later realized his mistakes with such rubbish concessions that almost ruined his beautiful platform. 2 Likes |

PointB: Why don't you have Eze Ndigbo of Twitter? While the British also have the British King/Queen of Facebook? Your problem as evident in the Eze Ndigbo rubbish you were doing on Nairaland, is symbolic of your inability to exist in a multicultural space without attempting to segregate into a clan and imbibe a herd mentality. A typical sign of insecurity. This is an online forum with individual opinions and perspectives. While passions might sway ethnically during debates that are so centered, you already had an ethnic grouping with an ethnic agenda in a national dialogue. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Throwback: Why are you pained because people choose (by themselves) to do things differently from you? Isn't it inferiority complex that you ask that we behave like the British or anyone else for that matter? How does having Eze Ndi Igbo online, in the full glare of every prying eyes amount to segregation. And if we choose to isolate ourselves, how does that affect you? Why are you so pained and bitter? 5 Likes |
Re: Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland By-Election 2013: Nominations by Throwback: 9:42pm On Jun 18, 2020 |
PointB: It is inferiority complex to want to revert to a tribal clan every time you find yourselves in general/public space. I am not bitter about your insecurities, rather, I am highlighting your insecurities. I hope you don't have Eze Ndigbo of your office? Eze Ndigbo of Nigerian Breweries PLC? Eze Ndigbo of Cadbury Nigeria PLC? Eze Ndigbo of First Bank? If you still do not get my drift, don't try harder. 5 Likes 1 Share |
