Why can't these guys build sidewalks in built-up areas where pedestrians are? You can't just build a road and expect people to walk on the sand beside it. We need to understand that roads are not meant for just cars, but for pedestrians too. And this open gutter business needs to go! Covered drainage is the in-thing.
