1. You must scan the ID to be uploaded.
2. You cannot use voter's card. You can use National ID Card, Driving License, International Passport etc.
3. You can withdraw the $25 as you insert the payoneer Master Card into any of the Nigerian ATM or transfer to another card holders or your domiciliary account.
4. The card gets to you month after approval.
5. You must first fund your account to put your account in proper shape and keep it running. Funding the account is very simple. It is simply done through your Nigerian dollar visa and master cards. Just scan it, save it on your computer and upload it through the link they sent into your email to upload your ID for means of identification. That is it. Your ID would be uploaded and accepted.

I once tried my GTB NMC but was unsuccessful. What did I miss?

You must first activate your GTBank Naira Master card for internet services with token device and user ID on the form given you for internet banking activation. Now activate your card to get its Master Card Secure Code. You would need this code to complete all your online transactions with your GTBank Master Card. Without it you cannot complete any of your online usages of the Naira Master Card.
Another way for the cause of failure of your card is when you have insufficient fund in your Naira Master Card to load your Payoneer Master Card. For example, if you want to load $50 into your Payoneer Master Card, and you are having $50 in your Naira Master Card, it would not go. Payoneer charges a token for loading the card. What you need to do is just to have at least $53 upward in your Naira Master Card or any other cards you are loading your Payoneer Master Card with. Take to all these areas and try again. Great shall be your success.

Some people say they experience a little challenge in opening the link to register. Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and others. Another way is that, you can first follow the link from public computer like cafe and others and then come and upload your scanned ID from your own computer.
After a first registration when following the link, Payonner then send you a mail through which you would upload your scanned ID. This can be done on your personal computer.

Please try to get your mind aright. The card is from United States Of America not from Nigeria. Paypal accepts the card for verification. I used it to verify my own Paypal account. What Paypal requires is your valid card, bank account. You use a valid USA address. What if an America citizen comes to Nigeria, and verifying his Paypal account with his US card, bank account and address?
Ewen Chia told me he has more than 50 websites, yet he still strong in affiliating and even got award in ClickBank affiliate.

Please go to the NIPOST to collect your card. It had arrived since 29-30th July. You can go there today to pick up your card. Since you have choosing the P.O.Box in your address. Do not forget to log in your account and activate your and load your card as directed.
