Godaddy mobile site is why you are having the problem. When jou get into the godaddiy site, before logging in scroll down and select full site and try again.

Note when you are to pay you have to scroll down and fill a captcha cod. If you can't see it, you need a modern browser like uc browser. Goodluck.
