Update:

1. I received the Invitation Mail for the Interview and saw that 7 others were sent the mail, just like me.
2. I got there this morning around 7:35am, the interview time is schedule for 9:30am.
3. the E. D came arround 9:25am, as at that time we were just 2, the other 'man' came in arround 9am.
4. by 9:50 we were called, and I was given a paper to write my name and time I got in. After we both do, someone else came in and he wrote his name. So we were 3 ready for the Interview.
5. E. D came to o address us, after which she asked me to write do an Online Assessment Test (Just like that of Etisalat). After I completed mine, then others took their turn.
6. After my Test, I was called by the E. D for Interview. Interview went as usual. It took about 25 min.
7. She gave me a plain sheet to write a Proposal, while considering some key words.
8. I left her office to write the Proposal in the waiting office, while I called others to took there turn for the interview.
8. The first guy was rejected, less than 2 min he entered the Office, I don't realy know what happened, but I think he's either too old or didn't perform well in the Online Assessment Test.
9. The second guy was also rejected based on the time he came in for the Interview.... like 25min after the given time.
10. I finished my Proposal, submitted, she read it, pointed out errors, etc. And I was offer 40k. She has already asked me what I currently earn and my expected Salary. I told her I earn above 50k and my expected salary here is 100k.
11. She gave me a shocker by saying, they would consider to hire me, but my take home will be 40k. I tried to convince her to reason with me, but all to no avail. she said I could ofcourse reject the offer.
12. I said I will be waiting for her call as promised in a week. (Even though it am currently working, and my pay is above the 40k offer.


Note:
Sorry for my epistle, I just want some people to learn from this.... Jobs are everywhere, apply, apply, apply, and apply. And keep applying.
