Am a DV2014 selectee and av sent my forms 2 KCC
But I av some concerns concerning my name;
1.The persn dat entered d lottery for me registered my name as thus
Surname:Adebayo
First name:Adegoke
Middle name:Ebenezer
And that's d way its listed on my e-passport
But my question is dis;
KCC knows my name as Adebayo,Adegoke Ebenezer
E-passport as Adebayo,Adegoke Ebenezer
BUT my name is written on my academic results(NECO result,National Diploma ND results)as Adebayo Ebenezer Adegoke
Pls what do u suggest I do?

That is nt a problem. Let ur NPC,police report,medical report and oda documents follow d format in ur international passport. Dnt worry abt ur results. I've seen cases like dat and they approved their visas in dv2013 winners meet here

@santa and every other guru on d thread, I nid ur counsel. Wen filling d form I ws told dat havin credit passes in maths and eng wasn't necessary, dat since I had five credits I was well enuf to go. I had an F9 in maths but passed every other subject in waec, and I used d result in fillin d form as my higest qualificatn. I hav anoda olevel result(neco) wch I passed all d subject includin maths, bt I decided to use d previous waec because I hav its certificate already. Is d waec ok or cud I update KKC wit my neco result without cert? I also hav errors on my waec cert(DOB), what step shud I take regardin d anomaly? Thanks all, u r all gr8

Good evening pals, few day ago I scanned and sent my DPS 230 and DPS 122 forms in pdf format including passport photograph (2) to KCC email, and I got a reply that my inquires has been received and filed under my case file for review...my question now is do I need to send the hard copies to kcc through courier. Secondly, there is an error on my wace certificate about my date of birth, instead of 6th sept they wrote 16th sept, will this pose any danger or disqualification...thanks

I was selected for further processing in the dv lottery. i submitted my completed form with some mistakes on it.i did not have any knowledge of forum like this were people share ideas.

43a have you ever applied for a social security number? NO and i left give the number --------blank
i and my wife signed the signature space but left our childred form unsign.
can all this amount to mistake? what should i do to save the situation?

Regarding sending ur form by email, dat is ok. U dont need to send it by physical mail again unless u hv 2 much money to trow around if so no 4get me o. U can call KCC 2 confirm. As for d disparity in ur date of birth, do an affividat to harmonise that.

Do an affidavit to harmonise dat.

The auto response will confirm both "delivery" and "read"
Expect ur reply in 5 working days
They replied my mails after 5 working days on the two occasions that I mailed them.
