Lumia 925 Windows Phone By Nokia by Hackomania(m): 10:35am On May 14, 2013

The Nokia Lumia 928 is now available internationally as the Nokia Lumia 925. Watch the video of the Nokia's flagship Windows Phone 8 smartphone.
Nokia preloaded the Lumia 925 with the Smart Camera app - it features several modes including burst mode (10 shots at 5MP), Best Shot (picks the best of the burst), Action Shot (Sequence shot on the HTC One, Drama shot on the Galaxy S4) and Motion focus (adds motion blur to static objects, as if you're tracking the moving object with the camera). You can also remove moving objects and pick the best face for each person.

The screen is 4.5" in diagonal and has WXGA resolution – that's 768 x 1280. More importantly it's an AMOLED with ClearBlack and Gorilla Glass 2, instead of an LCD. Unsurprisingly, the Qualcomm chipset of the Lumia 925 packs a dual-core Krait processor at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM, which is the best that WP8 currently supports.

The phone has an aluminum frame around the side, while the back is polycarbonate. The body is just 8.8mm thick and weighs 135g - much more acceptable than the Lumia 920. Inside it is a 2,000mAh battery, same as the Lumia 920 and Lumia 928. The battery is non-removable and there's no wireless charging out of the box - you can enable that with a thin charging cover.

The Nokia Lumia 925 will be available in Europe and China this June for €470 ($610) and should come to the US later on.

Still doesn't meet the quad core android phones. Nokia still needs to step up. It can be a market strategy anyways.

Oh boy i hate comments like this WP8 is lite enough so the use of Quad-core is not necessary, even with limited memories its adequate enough. don't fall for the marketing hype that more core is better.

Can all these Tecno fans stick to their phones.

This phone is definitely not in the league of Tecno.

I personally will pick one this over any combination of 5 Tecno phones put together.

I'm beginning to see these Tecno fans as people who have used java phones all their lives and so can easily pee in their pants over basic phone functions.

One thing you guys should understand is that no matter the way you look at it, ALL ( take note ALL ) current Tecno phones can only be regarded as very low - low end phones.
So y'all need to take a pill and stop having orgasms over nothing.

The annoying thing is that they all think its the best thing in the world.

If you check carefully you would see that 90% of them have not used android for upto 6 months.

Well... I don't really blame them.

There are two options here.
Its either you're someone who is not interested in phones (something I really doubt) or you can't afford this.

These two options BTW are not wrong. What is wrong is you telling yourself lies.

@ Post

Its interesting what Nokia has done with this new flagship, the 925 is 50 grams lighter than the 920 and it in encased in a metal frame as opposed to the 920's polycarbonate material. Not sure I'm thrilled with the fact that the memory is non expandable at 16G, perhaps that was part of the trade-off to achieve this light weight, but in all this is a beautiful addition to the Lumia line.

What does this have to do with anything right now?

All of a sudden everyone and their grandmothers are analysts of the mobile phone industry.
