HOMEMADE MOSQUITO TRAP

I am making 100 of these!!! LOL

Have you noticed the Mosquitos are already out! Here is a homemade trap to help keep you and the kid from being, a blood donor!!!

HOMEMADE MOSQUITO TRAP:
Items needed:
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 gram of yeast
1 2-liter bottle

HOW:
1. Cut the plastic bottle in half.
2. Mix brown sugar with hot water. Let cool. When cold, pour in the bottom half of the bottle.
3. Add the yeast. No need to mix. It creates carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.
4. Place the funnel part, upside down, into the other half of the bottle, taping them together if desired.
5. Wrap the bottle with something black, leaving the top uncovered, and place it outside in an area away from your normal gathering area. (Mosquitoes are also drawn to the color black.)

Change the solution every 2 weeks for continuous control. Or put out new one.

Garlic!!! Did you know that chopped up garlic makes mosquitoes disappear?? Sprinkle them all around your patio but be careful because as soon as you do, the mosquitoes will swarm trying to get away from that area...Yes it is that powerful!! Share this with all your friends and family, click share to put it on your wall...everyone needs to know this since they are predicting heavy mosquito infestations this year!

PS. I who am doing this post also chopped up some onion as well with the garlic and this seems to work even better, put them both in a dish near my bed and they seem to work very well in driving the mosquitoes away. Of course the more stale they get over time is the more they lose their power to work effectively. So know when to put fresh ones again.

The more you use is the more effective they get in driving the mosquitoes away.

Go Away Mosquitoes
Apply small dabs of Vicks VapoRub to your skin and clothes and mosquitoes will steer clear. If you do get bitten, apply Vicks to the area and cover it with a Band-Aid to relieve itching.

Do to how terrible the Mosquito's are this year I am posting this so many of you will know how to treat the area if you or your child are bitten by a mosquito. The best and Natural way to treat an insect bite is to use one of the following:

1.) Place a used dry teabag on the bite.
2.) Rub Raw Honey on the bite.
3.) Apple Cider Vinegar, use a cotton ball and apply ACV to the bite.
4.) Baking Soda, this is the cheapest at only $0.30 a box. Take a small about and add a little water to make a paste and apply the paste to the bite.
5.) Take the skin of a Banana and rub the inside part of the banana on the bite.
6.) Take a leaf off of a Aloe Vera plant and rub the bite with the leaf of the plant.

Haha! Mosquitoes are simply attracted 2 d waxy juice contained in the ears of men and women. Its jst so annoying when they make those buzzing sounds. But these days mosquitoes no longer make those sounds in the ear, they just quietly fly straight to their host's skin to bite and suck.

Overdrive is right. From my observation those mosquitoes make that irritating sound to observe if the host is deep asleep so as to avoid been swatted.
If the host was fast asleep the sound would not irritate and hence there will be no reaction. To the mosquitoes its the right time to safely suck the blood of the host

I think mosquitoes locate their host with heat sensors and its seems our inner ear is more warm thats why they first locate the area..

Human posses various sense organs; ear, nose...

Mosquitoes can only sense high concentration of carbon. That is, the darker part of our body is carbon concentrated, e.g. Ear, hair, leg.

That explain why mosquito buzz around your ear, that is the only part they can sense.

Think its when they are out of blood(food)...mostly it happen when they are deadly in need of food,,,just as how we tend to get angry when we are hungry....so they tend to fly with aggression...but on a normal day ∂εγ already bit you before u even know...

I wish those mosquitoes could bite me gently and leave me with my pains but then the way they sound yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnn really annoys me,I do risk many slaps with my annoyance.

Mosquitoes flap their wings to fly. The frequency of their wing beat is audible as the buzzing sound you hear. But they are such tiny creatures that this sound does not carry very far. When the same buzzing mosquitoes are inspecting your big toe while you are lying in bed, or visiting someone else in the room, they are still buzzing the same buzz, but they are too far from your ears for you to detect them. When they do get near enough to your ears they set off a whole association of experiences that can keep you awake. You've been bitten often enough after hearing that buzz that no matter how hard you try to get away from that sound, you are alert to it and it keeps you vigilant, waiting for the bite to follow.
That's the way we are wired.

That said, YES, there is a substance that attracts mosquitoes to your ears. It is carbon dioxide. It is not coming from your ears, however, but rather from your nose and mouth. Every breath you exhale alerts mosquitoes to your presence and they come looking for the meal that goes with that exhaled carbon dioxide. It is one of the strongest attractants of mosquitoes in nature and they follow it to its source.

Mosquitoes locate us throuugh our breatth.the carbondioxide that we released or breathed out is what they use to locate us.they arnt looking for your ear but in a bid to locate you(prey) through the carbordioxide
