WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS TO ACCESS THEM ,WE HAVE VARIOUS VISION 2010,2020 ETC HAVE THEY BEING ABLE TO DELIVER ?HAVING ALL THE RESOURCES AT THEIR DISPOSAL AND SO BY THE TIME WE ANALYSE ALL THESE ACIDICALLY OR CRITICALLY YOU UNDERSTAND THAT DECEIPT AND BEING HYPOCRITICALLY IS WHAT ARE SO CALLED POT BELLY LEADERS ARE DOING SUGAR COATED AND BREAD AND BUTTER LEADERSHIP SYSTEM.

Why should GEJ not be 'dictatorial'? That's the only way to get things done in our political system, and gain the respect of your adversaries. Leaders who were nice and accommodating, like Shagari, Shonekan, Gowon etc, got kicked in the teeth, and are today battling for relevance. Hard men like OBJ, IBB and Buhari always smile to the end. if follow the historical pattern of Nigeria leaders you definitely see desperation because of chop chop
