B4 U tag FRSC clueless, try n get ur facts right, don't depend on a journalism dat says september has 31days. Wen u register ur car, u included d chasis no.among other tins which are kept in d data base before being issued a number plate, next time some one comes to register dat same car for a new number plate and ur chasis no. ETC pops out, d new owner of d car wil produce a detailed proof of d transfer of ownership from d old owner to d new owner, if b4 den d old owner has reported d car missing, authomatically u d new owner wil have to proof to d relevant authourities dat u are not a thief while d owner of d car is also contacted for claims. If no such report, u can now be registered as d new owner of d car and d chain continues. Remember when registering ur car u produce a drivers licence and it contains ur data including all ur thumbprints address phone no..etc in case u don't have a licence , some one else can surety u wit his/her licence and authourity .

Of all the issues being raised, it that of the police that will deal with people..... Lets say u get the new plate number, but on ur car glass and door handles and stuff, u have written ur old number..... Trust me when they catch u on the road with that descrepancy, nothing will stop at least 1k from falling out of ur pocket even though they know exactly why u have 2 numbers
