During summer we have to drink lots of water as compared to other seasons just because our body gets dehydrated to these summer hotness. When summer comes there is great market for water, cool drinks and fruits lot .although water is very common part of our life in regular seasons and in it has great benefits to our health system. Many people ignore water so because of its cheapness and abundantly found but the facts of water is its is good and best natural medicine which is found abundantly in the world there also some parts in the world it’s very hard to get water for drinking. Water has many beneficial facts to human body as water is universal solvent but in summer we have to drink in more as compared to other season other than summer.
We found drinking graviola tea and soursop fruit juice becoming very popular amongst patients. Many experts suggest drinking plenty of water through a day and taking ten times more in summer compared to other season. They also suggest that give up the cool drinks and beverages which we affect human metabolism and in which has lots of calories and chemicals included so better to give up these cool drinks and beverages. At that we can take fruits which contain natural fruit water like watermelon which is found in summer it’s a fruit which has hundred percent water and fabrics which are good for human digestive system. The people who are suffering from sugar less intake of fruits because they contain sugar up to some percent that can threaten your life anyhow sugar will be sugar which will affect your health if you're suffering from sugar like diseases for then it’s better to take less fruits and more water.
Scientific researchers are suggesting that best to remove harmfulness is by taking lots of water a day. It is always the better and best option to drink a glass of water with empty stomach in the morning. It’s also great if we in take lemon juice with honey and water will make your skin glow and your metabolism gets refreshed which are very good tip for health in summer as well as a regular drink through the seasons.
Drink more water in summer so that you may not get unconscious when you move out of your home drink plenty of water not plenty of t a time but give some gap and drink it in interval based thing .water is the only thing which doesn't harm our body. Drink pure water so that you will be safe because of drinking contaminated water you body may not resist it and cause some or the other diseases by them. Do not go out more in the summer it will harm through like skin, dehydration and some other problems. We can do some salads.
Drink pure water to play safe and be safe drinking water improves also your health by refreshing your metabolism .in summer try not to eat oily food through which it we make you very thirsty, mouth so dry there we no problem if you have water near you and if you are not near water that may create problems so keeping in mind these tips move gently while going with energy food, oily foods and fries. Drink water early in the morning after waking and get ready for waking which is better for health and regain stamina .stay cool by staying in cool place when it is summer if not its makes you thirsty. During summer it is very hard to move out in summer if so while moving out carry water with you in a solid bottle which keep water cool if possible carry out an umbrella with water.
