God’s design for us to be healthy is to eat like this:
• Eat little fats and sugar
• Eat little Protein
• Eat more of Fruits/vegetable
• Eat most of Whole Grains NOT Refined Grains.
The result is GOOD Health

Research has been made from scientist and W.H.O that thousands of people die everyday, and millions of people die aswell every year due to Disease/Sickness cause by Free radicals and improper Diet(Mal-nutrition).
Staying Healthy is not by eating expensive food but eating what the Cells in our body demands alot and aswell participating on daily exercise.
Go for Regular general body check-ups twice(2) a month atleast.
