I tried to make a purchase from Jumia today but couldn't see any pickup station or door delivery option in Imo State, I contacted their customer care via X and they said they have stopped order delivery to Imo State, but didn't state the reason behind the decision.

On Friday 11th of August 2023, Barr Maxwell Opara - a human right Lawer was in Arise TV to respond to claims of Dr Peter Afunanya PhD of DSS about respect for the rule of law.
Barr Maxwell gave some instances where Nigerian DSS has disobeyed court order. In one of his examples, the case of Mr Chidiebere Echefu was mentioned.
Chidiebere Echefu is an Entrepreneur and Farmer who was taken by DSS around 3am in the morning at his Ikenegbu residence Owerri, on 7th of Nevember 2021, for allegedly being a member of IPOB. The family sought for him all over the police formations in Owerri from November 2021 to January 2022, but couldn't find him.

When all hope seems to have gone, and when the family thought he's dead, in February 2022, the wife of Mr Chidiebere Echefu received a call from someone that was released from DSS Abuja. The man told her that he met her husband in cell in DSS Abuja, that they should get a lawyer to go after his case. The man said he had to cram her phone number because there's no other way he could sneak information out of DSS facility.
He equall revealed some information known to Chidi and his wife alone to convince the woman of his genuineness.
Barr Maxwell Opara was then contacted by the family and he rendered a selfless service to get the innocent man out.
On March 11th 2022, The Federal High court in FCT ordered Nigeria DSS to release Chidi.

Gentlemen as at the time of publishing this report, Chidiebere Echefu is still in DSS custody. No counter order, no appeal to the order yet still detained.

Is respect for rule of law not part of democracy?

Mr Chidiebere Echefu is blessed with five (5) children, but since November 7th 2021, the Nigerian DSS has neither allowed the wife access to her husband nor allowed the children access to their father.

Thanks for the response bro. But hope the price difference in the parts of both SUVs is not very significant. Could you pls give some price example of some parts in both SUV so that I weigh the difference.
As for the fuel economy, that's not an issue for me.

- Availability of Parts: parts are readily available for both but the GX parts are more expensive.

- Cheaper to maintain: hands down highlander

- Ruggedness: both are rugged but the GX can tolerate more abuse.
