Have you heard of SK before?..... Sconk ...... Its good for relaxation after a stressful/strenuous day/week but not to be taken regularly. Its better than sleeping pills,trust me . You can cook it,chew it or smoke it any which way but if you decide to smoke it avoid the covering thin, usually white, paper. The smoker's pipe instead. I'm talking too much now, my 2 cent .
