Less you forget, Russia is the only country in the world with a working Space station, and so one would think they should be one of the fore-runners in modern technology manufacturers. But that is not the case. In stead we have Japan, Germany, United States, France, UK and South Korea taking the front seat.
United Arab Emirates have the world tallest building, but that doesn't make them home of Sky Scrappers. That would be Hong Kong and New York City.
